Where we started

Bennett Vintage Racing was established in 2002. At that time it was Dean, Eric and Matt Bennett racing with a little club called NVSRS. As time went on we added some jr drivers along the way. A close friend of Matt’s started racing with us as a jr. Matt Cotter ran almost all the way up to 2012. Many championships were won between all of us along the way . 2010 came around and we took a little break as Matt B started college but that didn’t last long, collage or the break. In 2011 we decided to move to Pro vintage racing series as it was the top of line vintage racers. We struggled at first then got faster and faster as we put in the work. Again we went on to win many class championships in F500, superstock440 fan and free air. 2018 we meet up with a good friend and sponsor who helped us make the jump to Prolite. In 2019 Matt was the prolite champion along with current high points champion in Ussa. 2020 we made the jump to Pro Champ with many top 10 finishes in races and points. its been harder for us but we gain knowledge and speed every time we are out on the track. In 2022 was our 20th season of racing and was not the best results we wanted see. We battled many sled issues and a few bad wrecks that put a damper on the season. But we are looking at coming out strong in 2023.
